What is Partnership Program?
Partnership Program is a fair business Plan designed for Consultants
in the IT Industry. The basic Concept of the Consulting business
reveals that it is the Consultant whose quality work generates
the large volume of IT business. But it is observed that the
Consultant is the least considered item in the whole chain.
He is forced with a fixed Salary and some assured benefits.
This obviously results into the greater dissatisfaction and
turn around on the Consultants and results in to uncompletion
and delays in projects.
Concept Software & Services, Inc. has a different approach
to this issue and we have innovated the idea of Partnership
plan. This enables the Consultant (including H1B Cases) to earn
upto 80% on the billing amount earned on the Consultant.
At Concept, We will discuss and show you the actual Contract
before we sign the same, which would enable you to decide on
issues like Earnings, Savings, Project work and make you take
a right decision. Partnership program enables you to control
your earnings and maximize the same. No longer will you be tied
to a fixed earning and assured benefits.
The Partnership program is tomorrow's future way of doing Consulting
business. Concept only does it today.

Who
is eligible?
If you are a Consultant with right skills that we can market,
you got the opportunity. The Partnership plans is open to
US Citizens, Green Card Holders, but it is mostly designed
for H1B Cases.

Various Schemes and Eligibility criteria.
- 80%
- 20% partnership plan (80% is Consultants Share)

- 70%
- 30% partnership plan (70% is consultants share)
Eligibility
criteria:
- This
applies for Consultants possessing green card or US
citizenship.
- Consultants
with more than 6 years of experience.
- Consultants
who can market themselves for a rate more than $65/hr.
- The
consultants should have a valid working status in Unites
States and should posses all the necessary documents
including the latest Salary stubs from his current employer.
- The
Consultants would posses a valid insurance coverage.
- 60%
- 40% partnership plan (60% is consultants share)
Eligibility
criteria:
- This
applies for Consultants in United States with 3 to 4
years of experience Consultants with exceptionally good
skills who have less experience but are marketable can
be also considered in this plan.
- The
Consultants in United States must have at least 6 months
to 1 years of US exp.
- The
consultants should have a valid working status in Unites
States and should posses all the necessary documents
including the latest Salary stubs from his current employer.
- The
Consultants would posses a valid insurance coverage.

Terms and Clauses
- The
Consultant should be willing to transfer his current status
with Concept Software & Services, Inc.
- All
of CSSI's employees are eligible to apply for the Partnership
Program after completing six months of initial employment
with CSSI.
- The
Consultants can start with us after his H1B is transferred
to our company and after we find him a suitable Job and
a hourly rate agreeable to him.
- The
Consultant is only eligible for the income for the number
of hours he works. He will be paid his percentage as per
his billing rate and his approved time sheets will be considered
as a basis for the same.
- Consultant
will not be paid for any holidays or is not eligible for
any paid leaves.
- The
Company will be required to deduct taxes from his earned
income and if the federal Rules required the tax withholding
then the consultant will be paid his amount after tax Withholding.
The Company will provide the W2 form in such cases.
- The
consultants will not be covered for any insurance from the
company. Howsoever if the Consultant wants to take privilege
of the Companies Medical insurance policy then the monthly
amount will be deducted from his salary.
- The
company will pay Consultants on monthly basis and will not
entertain any advance Or moving requests.
- The
Company can apply for the green card for the consultant
immediately upon his H1B Approval, but the consultant needs
to pay his 50% contribution first.
- The
Consultants are required to be available minimum for a 6
months hire period. The Company is not responsible for any
litigation arising from the Consultants previous Contracts
with his previous employers and the Consultant is fully
responsible for the Same. The Company can howsoever provide
the Consultant with the Companies Attorney and the Consultant
will be required to pay the fees for the attorney charges.

Steps involved for you to become our Partner
We at Concept consider all applications in Strict Confidence
and will work personally with you to make it happen. To Apply
for the Partnership program you need to do the following.
- Review
the Program, Rules and decide where would you fit in.
- Forward
your resume to Partnershipprogram@concept-inc.com
and mark the resumes as "Partnership resumes".
- Give
us some time as we will evaluate your resume and organize
a technical interview with you.
- Once
our Technical team approves you, send in your complete set
of documents required for change of Status.
- Be
patient till we get your approval notice.
- You
are now qualified to be our partner so lets shake hands
and work a deal.
Any time the employee switches over to the Partnership Program
he has to note that all the previously mentioned benefits for
the full-time non-exempt employees cease to exist.
