Job duties are: |
|
| |
Complete projects using ASCOM Framework, ombiORB, and Mod-Perl. Write C++ and CORBA architecture (omniORB, TAO; TUXEDO, and Mod-PERL), code on Sun Solaris 9i to implement enhancements specified by client; Write VC++ code for enhancements to User Interface with CMS product; changes to existing Oracle procedures/packages and functions to meet client’s new database requirements; write scripts in Unix Shell and PERL to develop utilities and tools; migrate project to Linux; develop applications on open SUSE 10.2 with omniORB; and develop test tools and utilities using mod-PERL and Python on open SUSE 10.3. |

Position requires MS degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent and 1 year of experience in job duties OR 1 year of experience as a Programmer Analyst with at least 1 year of specific experience in C++, CORBA, SQL, UNIX (SUN SOLARIS) & CMVC. |

In lieu of a Master’s degree in the stipulated major field of study and 1 year of progressive work experience in the job offered or related occupation, employer will accept workers with a Bachelor’s degree in the stipulated major field of study and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation. |
